Australian Quiltmaking Refunds Policy

Ezy Quiltz and Stitching stands behind the quality of all items which are sold. In the event you are dissatisfied with the performance of any item, you should contact us to arrange its return. The returned item must be in its original condition (not cut, washed or dyed) for a credit to your account to be applied. All items must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order or purchase. Please note that there are no returns or refunds on items which have been made, or fabric that has been cut.

Return shipping charges should be prepaid. Shipping charges will not be refunded except where we have shipped an item in error. The original invoice or a copy must accompany all returns. After a return has been received please allow up to 5 days for it to be processed. A refund will be issued to the account used for payment of the original order. Some items such as books and patterns, cannot be returned under any circumstances. Orders for such items are final, so please choose carefully and, if necessary, contact us for advice before ordering.
